Method of application
1. To dry for 8 to 12 hours at temperature from 80 to 110℃ before use.
2. Injection molding process:
Injection temperature: 270～295℃ Injection speed: medium to fast
Injection pressure: 70～100MPa Injection cycle: according to thickness of product Mold temperature: 60-80℃
Packing, storage and transportation
The product is packed by kraft paper with 100 percent wood pulp lined with aluminum foil bag, net weight 25kg. Keep in dry place. It is transported as non-dangerous articles.
